Sponsorship and Advertising

1- KEYNOTE SPEAKERS LUNCHEONS

Three keynote luncheons will be offered for 250 delegates during the Congress. This sponsorship includes 2 standing banners at the lunch room, 2 free invitations for the sponsor at the main table, the company logotype on the invitation cards and a special recognition in the final program.

Sponsorship cost: U$ 15,000 each

2- OPENING RECEPTION

An opening Cocktail will be offered for all attendees at the offical venue, Espacio DUAM. This sponsorship includes 4 standing banners , the company logotype on the invitation cards and a special recognition in the final program.

Sponsorship cost: U$ 11,000

3- COFFEE BREAKS

Two coffee breaks will be served during the three days at the Commercial Exhibition area. This sponsorship includes 4 standing banners and a special recognition in the final program.

Sponsorship cost: U$ 3,500 per day

4- DELEGATE BADGES

Each delegate, exhibitor and accompanying guest will receive a Congress badge with the logo of the sponsor printed in full color and a stripe with the name of the congress and sponsor.

Sponsorship cost: U$ 4,500

5- CONFERENCE BAGS

Conference bags with the academic material will be delivered to all attendees. The sposnsor’s logo will be printed at the front part of it together with the name of the Congress.

Sponsorship cost: U$ 8,000

6- PENS AND NOTE PADS - BOLOGRAFOS Y BLOCK DE NOTAS

Inside the conference bags, delegates will have a note pad (A4 size) and a pen to use during the academic sessions. Both will be printed with the Congress and sponsor’s logo.

- U$ 4,000 both items
- U$ 2,000 Note pads
- U$ 2,500 Pens

7- GENERAL SIGNS

At the conference venue, several indicating signs will be displayed. Your company has the possibility to have a lot of visibility printing your logo on these signs.

8- ADVERTISING IN FINAL PROGRAM

The Congress offers the possibility of having an advertisement at the final program by different options.

- U$ 1,500 Inside cover
- U$1,500 Back cover
- U$ 800 Full page inside

9- SUPPORTS

The Congress offers the possibility to participate as a supporter by having your logo at the final program.
